Steve Robertson has been restoring cars professionally for over 30 years. He was trained by his father, Vern, and along with his brother co-owned and operated Robertson Auto Body in West Olive, Michigan for many years. Steve is a gifted craftsman and a magician with a paint gun. We are fortunate to have him as part of our family.
Arthur Vaandering is a highly creative individual and an excellent mechanic. He has been working on Mercedes-Benz, Alfa Romeo, Triumph, MG and Lancia vehicles for over 30 years.
Juliet Michele is David’s wife and the adoring mother of their first child, Isabella. She is European Auto’s office manager and website designer.
Davids father Gerardo Michele handles our difficult wood restoration projects. Gerardo apprenticed under his father in Italy until he moved to Connecticut, where he has worked as a cabinet maker for nearly 40 years. A true perfectionist, his work is as beautiful as it is rare.
Isabella Michele is a mechanic in training... or perhaps a future race car driver.
Stella Michele is our newest addition, she joined the team on May 14th at 1:46 am.
Vern Robertson brought European Auto over 40 years of professional experience. He owned and operated Robertson Auto Body, on the north side of Holland, with his 2 sons for nearly 30 years. He was a gifted craftsman and we were fortunate to have him with us during our first few years in business. Vern worked on the Fiat 2100 and the Alfa Romeo Alfetta before he passed away in 2006.
